Simon and his team are super professional and friendly! Throughout the whole process, Simon has been very good at communicating. They gave me a heads-up when they were about to arrive and got things done so quickly. I didn’t have a toolkit at home to remove the sofa legs, they kindly did it for me and installed it back too! Honestly flawless experience! Also, when I initially reached out, Simon quickly picked up that I’d prefer to find a local provider with more flexibility so he offered a 2 man + 1 van hourly rate pricing model! Simon and his team came to our rescue at short notice after our planned mover couldn’t accommodate our dates. We had such a positive experience !! Simon was very responsive and he and his team handled our slightly complicated move (to two different houses, with a 5 day storage in between!) with enthusiasm and a helpful “can do” attitude and were accommodating and flexible even with last minute changes.
